This short reflection is a gentle reminder that strength doesn’t always look like holding it all. Sometimes, it looks like stepping back, being honest about your limits, and letting yourself be soft.

You don’t have to prove anything today.

You’re allowed to rest.

You’re allowed to be held.

You’re allowed to not be the strong one – even just for now.
